Hourly instructors
We are looking for hourly instructors for: teaching SAT (face to face) course; courses for parents and childcare workers regarding bullying; GED instructor in the Wimberley area; GED instructor in the Austin area who can teach in Spanish; course for selecting and keeping nanny. Instructors must have background experience and teaching engagement strategies. Class times vary according to topic.

TLC Tutoring Facilitator
Hourly instructor needed to work with tutors and students at ACC campuses or local school district campuses, on Saturdays and during the week. Assists tutors and students and works with the Teaching & Learning Center to provide necessary paperwork, reporting student success, and remediation. Instructor should be proficient at math, science, and English fundamentals. Materials are provided although facilitator should be able to write and produce needed materials for tutors and student success. Training will be provided regarding needed behaviors and methods in working with students, including motivation, communication, and using data to enhance learning. The instructor will fulfill requirements for Tutors with Vision Certification, Master Level.

Spanish-speaking Child Care/Parenting instructors
Hourly instructor needed to teach child care and parenting classes for Spanish-speaking students and parents. Instructor must have background experience in child care services and community needs. Most classes are offered on Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings.

Construction Instructor
Looking for part-time Continuing Education Instructors to teach residential construction courses. Construction work and teaching experience along with related construction certification is preferred. Times and dates will vary, so flexibility with scheduling is required.

Electrical Instructor
Looking for part-time Continuing Education instructors to teach electrical wiring courses. Wiring of homes and structures is the main focus. Licensed Master Electrician is required and teaching experience is preferred. Times and dates vary, so flexibility with scheduling is required.

HVAC Instructor
Looking for part-time Continuing Education instructors to teach HVAC courses Certified HVAC is required and teaching experience is preferred. Times and dates will vary, so flexibility in scheduling is required.

Plumbing Instructor
Looking for part-time Continuing Education instructors to teach plumbing. Licensed Master Plumber and teaching experience are preferred. Times and dates will vary, so flexibility in scheduling is required.

Renewable Energy Instructor
Looking for part-time Continuing Education instructors to teach Solar Photovoltaic Installation, Solar Thermal Systems courses or Weatherization courses. Certification in either of these respective courses is required. Such as, NABCEP, BPI, or RESNET certifications. Teaching experience is preferred. Industry experience is a requirement. Times and dates will vary so, flexibility in scheduling is required.
