Exploring Entrepreneurship: Launching a Tech Business in ATX
Are you thinking of launching a new Tech product from the Third Coast?
This 3-day class [BUSG 1011-200-63342 $100] will help you evaluate the viability of your ideas, identify potential markets, get your pitch together and connect with Austin area resources. Our instructor, Eve Richter (Napkin Venture/Start-up Consultant) has served as the Emerging Technologies Coordinator for the City of Austin and is working to attract targeted industries to Austin, as well as help local business start-ups grow and succeed. She will help lead you through the due-diligence process and get you focused & ready!
Students meet before and after Spring Break Week (SAT. 2/23 & 3/30, 9am-4pm), and will also meet-up at the 2013 Tech-Career Expo across from the Austin Convention Center on March 9th... to get intelligence on "what's launching" and "who's hiring" Tech around Austin, in 2013.
