Intermediate Acute Care Skills for the Certified Nurse Aide
This is a 48 hour course which was developed to provide the opportunity for Certified Nurse Aides to acquire additional skills and knowledge relevant to the care of patients in an Acute Care Hospital There will be 24 hours of classroom and skills lab practice followed by 24 hours of clinical practicum in an acute care facility.

Introduction for PCTs/CAs in the Acute Care Setting
Course provides introductory training to individuals wishing to work as Primary Care Technicians/Clinical Assistants. This course is ideal for recently hired individuals with no experience working in the acute care setting.

Telemetry and Monitoring
Prerequisite: Non Nursing students required to complete ECRD 1011 Electrocardiography prior to taking this course.
