Turkish Cuisine II
In this course you are going to learn how to cook more delicious dishes from Turkish cuisine. This course will introduce you 12-14 new dishes from very rich Turkish cuisine. You will be able to mix and match a dinner menu with them. You will learn cooking tips and the regional features of the dishes.
