Fencing I

Fencing II

Fitness for Fun
This class will be a combination of low impact aerobics and strength training. You will use your own body weight to work as hard as you want to work out. The music will be R and B and a little bit of Rock and Roll, so be prepared to have a funky, good time! Please note that class may be held outside from time to time to take advantage of our wonderful Texas weather!

Golf I

Martial Arts Conditioning

Martial Arts Tai Chi

Martial Arts Tai Chi II
This course is designed for students who have completed Tai Chi I. The continuation and progression includes moving mediation and the remainder of the 108 movements that compromise the form. Martial Arts Weaponry

Olympic Taekwondo
Basic kicking, stances, blocks, and strikes will be taught to a basic level of proficiency. Once basics are established, curriculum will progress into interactive partner drills, combination drills and one poomsae (solo form). There is no-contact, free-sparring taught with beginning Taekwondo. New students only.

Paddling Sampler
Texas Rowing Center offers several boating options, including standup paddling, kayaking, and rowing. Social Dance
A survey of popular and traditional social and ballroom dances including the Waltz, Fox Trot, Polka, Swing, Cha-Cha, Tango, Latin Rhythms, Country Western, and other current dances. Conditioning-Stretching/Flexibility
A physical-conditioning course that emphasizes correct techniques for improving flexibility with individual and partner stretches from athletics, dance and yoga. Volleyball
An introductory course to the fundamentals of volleyball including passing, serving, setting, and spiking. Students will learn rules and court strategy for playing the game. Conditioning- Walk/Jog
A physical conditioning course that emphasizes cardiovascular fitness through your choice of walking, jogging, or a combination of both. Students will not be required to run. Weight Training I
This course is designed to help students identify and understand the benefits of weight training and how weight training affects the body. Women's Self Defense
This is an introductory Women’s Self Defense Course. At the end of course student / learner will have a general to basic working knowledge of warm up exercises. Complete understanding of each exercise related to self-defense techniques trained in course (punch, block, strike, kick); and enjoy the rewards of an entire body workout.

Yoga I
Introduction to yoga including traditional yoga postures emphasizing flexibility, breathing and relaxation techniques as well as careful attention to alignment in classical yoga poses.
