Learn why you are at risk and what you can do to protect your personal and business data from the outside world. This course will bring you up to speed on the fundamentals of PC and network security. You will understand and explore the vulnerability of operating systems, software, and networks; you will find out why, where and how viruses, worms, and blended threats are created; you will learn a safe way to handle files and data across the internet through a virtual private network. Suggested prerequisite: A familiarity with general computing terminology, an understanding of any operating system you are using (Mac, Windows, or Linux) and an ability to locate programs and change settings.

Learn the techniques for entering the international marketplace. Emphasis on the impact and dynamics of sociocultural, demographic, economic,
technological, and political-legal factors in the foreign trade environment. Topics include patterns of world trade, internationalization of the firm, and operating procedures of the multinational enterprise. Required textbook is available at RGC bookstore (512) 474-2607. This class is an introduction to guitar fundamentals. Topics will include: major chords, strumming technique and basic music theory. This is a good opportunity to explore the guitar in a friendly, low stress environment. A guitar and pick are required; acoustic or classical guitars preferred but electric guitars are acceptable.
