Advanced skills course teaching students to complete HCFA 1500, UB 92, Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, CHAMPVA, and Worker Compensation insurance forms. Includes Introduction to Code Diagnoses using ICD 9 and ICD 10 text. Prerequisite: HITT 1041.

We will cover basic camera operation and controls: shutter speed, aperture, ISO etc. And, we will familiarize ourselves with the technical and aesthetic process of making photographs: composition, context, obvious and subtle themes and subject. We will learn how to make a simple and dynamic photographs. There will be several in class projects and critique to learn from each other. A point-and shoot camera will work, a camera with manual controls will give the best opportunity for learning how to get the desired results.
Teaching English As a Second Language And Bilingual...
This course is designed to prepare teachers to instruct learners whose primary language is other than English. The course emphasizes language concepts and best instructional practices for facilitating English language proficiency. Instructional techniques for both literacy and oral language development focus on social and academic language skills. In addition, the course prepares the candidates for managing the ESL program, ESL classroom, working with families, and drawing upon community resources.
Continuation and progression from beginning tennis. Students with mastery of fundamental strokes will learn through play and instruction in the more advanced strategies and skills. Learn: pricing, websites, selling, photographing, online selling plus a new jewelry technique each night. This will include: mold making, resins, epoxy clays, using photos in jewelry, making bead caps, combining techniques and much more! You’ll have new pieces to wear each class. Supplies galore will be available so you can express your own style. Wear clothes for creating + bring a snack + your readers. Plan on meeting new friends.
