This course is designed to help students identify and understand the benefits of weight training and how weight training affects the body. Students in this course will learn designs appropriate for weddings, including bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and ceremony and reception decorations. Floral Design Principles is suggested as a prerequisite.

Computer applications specific to business-related software. Emphasizes the concurrent development of office skills and computer knowledge. This skill development specifically includes MS Windows and Outlook. This course covers the required skill sets on the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) specialist-level exam for Outlook. Formerly known as POFI 1204 Computer Fundamentals: MS Windows/Outlook.
