This course is designed for: New administrators who are responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce org; and other groups that would benefit from this course, including sales reps, sales operations, service agents, and IT managers. Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

This course will introduce students to various forms of artificial intelligence (AI) and how we interact with AI as consumers in applications like chatbots and recommendation engines. Students will see how AI provides analytics in business and consider industries that may be transformed or even disrupted by AI implementations. Includes review of neural networks, machine learning, AI applications such as natural language processing, forecasting, and robotics as well as the AI development process and some of the ethical factors in AI deployment.
Focuses on aspects of substance abuse prevention from a public health model. Topics include the history of prevention, risk and protective factors among youth, community-based prevention strategies, program design and evaluation, and resources for prevention planning. Integrated with credit DAAC-2306. Qualifies for student health insurance.
