Your Building Blocks to Success
There are six core courses needed to complete this program (listed below) and one elective course. All classes may not be offered every semester.
- Professional Practices and Communication for Interior Design
- Textiles for Interior Design
- Interior Design Building Systems
- Technical Drawing for Interior Design
- Fundamentals of Interior Design
- History of Interior Design
- Elective: choose one additional Interior Design course offering INDS-1091
Notice: Interior Design classes are delivered synchronously via an online format. Students will need access to an Internet connected computer, and have basic computer skills.
Looking to learn more about Interior Design but do not want to complete a Certificate program? No problem, just come join us for a class or two. Upon completion of all seven classes, students must contact Program Coordinator to request their final Interior Design Certificate.
Notice: These classes alone will not qualify you to sit for the NCIDQ examination or to be licensed in Texas as a "Registered Interior Designer". Please visit the NCIDQ web site for more information.
