 Community Based Transit - Facilitating the use of public transportation enhances opportunities for independent living and competitive, community-based employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Learning to independently use public transportation increases access to autonomous activities, such as opportunities to work and to attend post-secondary education programs on large college campuses. Students will be taught to read Bus Maps/Routes, use GPS-based applications, and access public transportation (Bus, Light Rail, walking, etc.).
 STEPS Financial Planning - This course is designed specifically for adults 18+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Students develop entry-level and intermediate skills for the workforce. Includes professionalism, interpersonal skills, communication, workplace civility, and employability skills.  STEPS Professionalism in the Workplace - Students with mild to moderate intellectual and developmental disabilities will benefit from the course. The course will focus on appropriate social behavior at school or work. Students will practice appropriate workplace behavior, learn about building healthy friendships and how to handle conflict. This course is geared toward supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
