Charles Ross

Charles Ross possesses well over 20 years of experience with computers and related technologies. He is proficient at maintaining stable systems in mixed environments, holding a broad expertise in technical support to include networking, security, malware issues, and software/hardware installation and configuration. His experiences have led him to appreciate the vital importance of data and the control and maintenance thereof. He has worked in various IT capacities for establishments such SunGard Availability Services and the Seton medical system for Dell. He has been teaching CompTIA certification classes and Microsoft Office Suite for ACC since 2015. As a skilled IT professional with impeccable interpersonal attributes, he is pursuing his degree in Information Systems Technology and Networking. His background includes being former US Marine and active FAA licensed aircraft pilot.
