Nikki L. Randolph

Nikki Randolph, MBA, knows that the underlying strength of an effective leader is the power of education, knowledge and a passion to learn. As a Continuing Education instructor at Austin Community College, Nikki serves as an educator that believes that creating professional relationships with others is what makes a well-rounded professional.

As longtime advocate for public service, Nikki has worked in Human Resources for over 9 years and education for over 5 years. When she isn't serving as an after-school mentor in programs such as, Son's to Men, Little Women of Wagner, and Every Kid Can Code, she is working one-on-one as a tutor for her non-profit organization NCSITY.

Nikki received her bachelor's degree in Organizational Studies/HR, and a minor in Communication through Saint Louis University, in May 2009 and a master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management.
