What is the Certified Production Technician (CPT)?
The Certified Production Technician (CPT) program is an industry recognized program that provides instruction on the core competencies of manufacturing production in order to raise the level of performance of entry-level production workers. The CPT certification will assist the individuals in finding higher-wage jobs by demonstrating to employers that they have foundational skills needed in manufacturing which would support a company's productivity and competitiveness.
What Will I Learn?
The CPT certification program consists of four individual certificate modules:
- Safety
- Quality Practices & Measurement
- Manufacturing Processes & Production
- Maintenance Awareness

Candidates must earn the all four certificates to receive full CPT certification.
