Use this form for in-person CE course registration. Please note that payment is due at the time of registration. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) at one of the Cashier Office listed on the form.

CE Transcript / Duplicate Certificate

Please note that transcripts are not available for Continuing Education classes eight years or older. Transcripts and certificates are not available for non-vocational courses. For additional transcript information please call (512) 223-7521.

CEU → College Credit Conversion

"Integrated" courses offer Continuing Education credit that can be converted to college credit within a two (2) year period after completing the course. When CE credit is converted to college credit, only the course hours are transferred - not the grade.

The Student Data Change Form allows you to request changes / corrections to information such as your name, address, social security number, and date of birth. Please note that appropriate documentation must be submitted with the request as outlined in the instructions.
