Faculty Evaluation

Faculty evaluation is an integral part of teaching excellence at ACC and is required of all faculty members. We value both student and faculty input for our continual growth and professional development. Your thoughts and opinions matter to us!

Students can submit their course evaluation through:

  • Blackboard - Students can login to Blackboard and locate the course evaluation link next to the appropriate course and instructor's name. This process is more accessible and avoids additional links and logins.
  • Email - Beginning Fall 2020, students will receive an email from the Course Evaluation System containing an embedded link to the survey. The Course Evaluation link will be within the left side navigation.
  • SurveyMonkey - SurveyMonkey surveys will be used for CE_EVAL with lab questions or without lab questions per coordinator’s request. A link to the SurveyMonkey survey will be sent directly to the instructor.

Report of Incomplete Grade

Instructors must complete the following report for each student receiving a final semester grade of Incomplete ("I").

Note to instructor: An "I" cannot be carried on a student record beyond the established date in the academic calendar. The student's work completion date is determined by the instructor, but may not be later than the final withdrawal deadline in the following semester. The Grade Change Request form, changing the Incomplete to the final performance grade earned, must be submitted to the Admissions and Records department prior to the final withdrawal deadline of the following semester to prevent the automatic conversion of the "I" to an "F".
