Is your knowledge certified?
The American Society for Quality (ASQ) provides formal recognition to individuals who have a demonstrated proficiency and comprehension of a specific body of knowledge. Austin Community College offers many classes designed to prepare students for ASQ certification examinations in a number of disciplines. It's the next step in demonstrating to current and prospective employers as well as to your professional peer group that you possess the skills and abilities required in your field.
How do I get started?
ACC ties our classes to the ASQ certification exam offering so that students can move from the class to the exam confident and ready to pass. Our classes will change according to the exam schedule but we provide regular courses for Certified Six Sigma Green and Black belt, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Associate, and Quality Improvement Associate.
If you have specific questions about prerequisites, how to apply for the examination, or other details you can find information at the ASQ website.
