Course Description

This movement-oriented course is a playground for both actors and non-actors to feel more comfortable, strong and creative in their body. Class begins with students’ Spotify playlist with a warm-up that energizes, aligns, stretches, and strengthens followed by exercises to reduce physical tension and increase body awareness. The bulk of the work investigates different techniques of how to be physically creative while acting- connecting emotion and intention with movement. Students walk away with greater ease, strength, and playfulness in their own unique instrument,
