The City of Austin is proud to offer an outstanding opportunity for City employees to take Continuing Education Courses at Austin Community College! Through this unique new partnership, employees are able to choose from more than 200 courses in business, computer & information technology, trades and other areas that support their work at the City of Austin.
Customized Courses for City Departments
In addition to regular continuing education courses for employees, Austin Community College is able to develop customized courses to meet the specific training needs of your department. These courses can help employees with both soft skills and technical skills, and can be delivered on-site in your department when it is most convenient for your team.

To take a Continuing Education course through the City of Austin, you must complete the following four tasks:
- Select a course that is related to your work with the City of Austin.
- Complete and submit the required Privacy Form.
- Complete and submit the COA Application for approval.
- Complete this online registration form.
Supervisors: Complete the following Sponsorship Agreement.
