Now offering "Basic Wildland Fire Fighter" course in accordance with the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) curriculum manual. The course will be a 40 hour course, offered Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, located at 4800 Shaw Ln, Bldg G. The class will start on June 16, 2014 and will be completed on June 20, 2014.

At the conclusion of the course, each student who passes the final exam and skills test will be allowed to take the TCFP state skills test and written test for TCFP Basic Wildland Fire Fighter Certification.
