LEED Green Associate (GA) Exam Prep
This hybrid course offers self-paced study materials, real world LEED project experience, plus in-class instruction for exam preparation. Students will review simulated exam questions and credit worksheets as part of the course. Course Structure:
- 4hr - First Saturday(mandatory)
- 4hr - Mock exam preparation
- 4hr - Facility Tour
- 4hr - Last Saturday(mandatory)
Exam is taken after course completion. Details can be found here.
LEED AP O+M Exam Prep
The LEED for Existing Buildings Rating System enables building owners and operators to measure operations, improvements, and maintenance on a consistent scale as they strive to minimize environmental impacts. The LEED AP Operations and Maintenance (O+M) certification addresses whole building cleaning and maintenance issues (including chemical use), recycling programs, exterior maintenance, and systems upgrades. This course teaches the requirements and calculations for the following LEED credit categories:
- (SS) Sustainable Sites
- (WE) Water Efficiency
- (EA) Energy and Atmosphere
- (MR) Material Resources
- (EQ) Indoor Environmental Quality
- (IN) Innovations
- (RP) Regional Priority

LEED AP BD+C Exam Prep
The LEED AP Building Design + Construction (BD+C) course is a hybrid class offering self-paced study materials, five webinars, real world LEED project experience, and in-class instruction for exam preparation. Students will review simulated exam questions and credit worksheets as part of the course. This course teaches the requirements and calculations for the following LEED credit categories:
