Students develop entry-level and intermediate skills for the workforce. Includes professionalism, interpersonal skills, communication, workplace civility, and employability skills. | STEPS Professionalism in the Workplace - Students with mild to moderate intellectual and developmental disabilities will benefit from the course. The course will focus on appropriate social behavior at school or work. Students will practice appropriate workplace behavior, learn about building healthy friendships and how to handle conflict. This course is geared toward supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
