Discover the transformative power of meditation in this four-part, online class series. Students will learn about the science and benefits of regular meditation practice, including stress reduction, improved emotional balance, and enhanced physical well-being. Participants will receive a personalized Primordial Sound Mantra, calculated from their birth date, time, and location during a private one-on-one ceremony. Using this individualized mantra, you’ll be guided step-by-step in developing a daily meditation practice that promotes calm, clarity, and overall health. Upon completion, participants are invited to join an ongoing monthly online meditation group for continued support, practice, and community connection.
