Major concepts, theories, and their applications to prepare for the SHRM-CP/SCP Certification Exam. Suggested Prerequisites: 4 years in a exempt level HR position: (HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Director); or 6 years in an exempt level Specialist position: (Training & Development Specialist, Benefits Specialist, Recruiting Specialist, Employee Relations Specialist); or 7 years in a non-exempt HR position (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator).
