Course Description
This course includes a variety of exercises focusing on increasing cardio-respiratory endurance as well as improving muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Movements set to music may include interval and circuit training, high and/or low impact movements, body sculpting, slide, cardio-dance, step aerobics and boot-camp style training.
