Revit Architecture is a powerful Building Information Modeling (BIM) program that works the way Architects think. From Preliminary Design through Design Development and into Construction Documents, the program streamlines the design process with a central 3D model. Changes made in one view update across all views and on the printable sheets. Since building projects themselves tend to be extremely complex, Revit Architecture necessarily a complex program. The objective of the Revit Architecture 2011 Fundamentals course is to enable students to create full 3D architectural project models and set them up in working drawings. You begin by learning about the user interface and the Revit commands for design development followed by those available for construction documentation. Duration: 32 hours. Prerequisites:

The fundamentals of pickleball strokes, forehand, backhand, serve and volley as well as game scoring, positioning, and etiquette for the beginning player with an emphasis on lifetime activity. Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use. This course satisfies OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.151
A survey of popular and traditional social and ballroom dances including the Waltz, Fox Trot, Polka, Swing, Cha-Cha, Tango, Latin Rhythms, Country Western, and other current dances. This class is a continuation of Guitar I. Topics will include: minor chords, strumming technique and basic music theory. This is a good opportunity to explore the guitar in a friendly, low stress environment. A guitar and pick are required; acoustic or classical guitars preferred but electric guitars are acceptable.
Introduction to casting models from wax and/or resin using both centrifugal and vacuum processes. Corequisite: JLRY-1001 (can be taken previously or concurrently). Combined with credit JLRY-1409.
