Course Description

The purpose of this course is to help students prepare for the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Exam. This course provides students with a quick overview of some of the most popular agile methodologies currently practiced in the Project Management industry including Scrum, Extreme Programming, Lean, Kanban, and Rational Unified Process. The course will start off with an overview of the PMI-ACP exam including how to apply, eligibility criteria, and scheduling the actual test. The class will then focus on the definitions and terminology used in various agile methodologies that are tested on the exam. This course can also be taken just to acquire the knowledge of Agile methodologies if one doesn’t have enough experience to take the exam. This course focuses on the fundamental concepts tested on the exam from an exam perspective.
