Rafael A. Rios

Rafael has been in the Floral Industry for 22 years. He learned the art of floral design at an early age and continued to master his passion for flower design while working at a local high end and unique Flower Shop. Rafael also managed and operated his own successful flower shop in Austin Texas for many years. In addition to teaching, he continues to work with highly skilled floral and event designers who specialize in Extravagant Weddings,adding to his already extensive knowledge base in Floral Design.
