| Fine Art photo is simply taking photographs, deliberately. It is thinking about the exposure; how much of the photograph is in focus, for example. It is paying close attention to the light’s direction, its quality. How does the subject relate or not relate to the context-the scene. It is about your intention, your audience. We will cover the basics of how a camera works, focal length, the shape, and size of the finished print and how to display a photograph. We may also have an opportunity to visit a gallery and experience powerful established photographers’ work. Although a camera with full manual mode and interchangeable lenses is better, it is not the only option. | |
