Invest In Your Future!

The Texas Workforce Commission (Jan/2019) reported that communication skills are the number one (#1) soft skill employers are searching for in their employees. According to the Partnership for 21st Century Learning, communication skills are paramount to employees functioning in complex business environments. Employees who can make compelling presentations, sound persuasive on the phone and generate momentum among the team are desperately needed in the workforce. A public speaking course provides you with the skills that are among the most in-demand skills in the labor market.

Knowledge & Skills Training

The journey to competent communication skills is a lifelong journey. Whether a novice or seasoned professional, one can always enhance and build their skills. Specifically, public speaking is the ability to share information to a group of people, regardless of the size of the audience. Whether you're sharing a status update report with management or presenting at a large conference, the skills gained will advance your career. Learn to customize your message based on audience needs and improve your overall delivery by enhancing your verbal and nonverbal communication. Working on team presentations? Not a problem. We got it covered. Come learn to convert your fear of public speaking anxiety into positive energy that will turn you into a dynamic speaker. Participants will complete at least four presentations and one team presentation while designing and incorporating effective visual aids.
