This is a 16 hour course consisting of an online introduction, classroom lecture, and range training. Skills covered will include: firearm and range safety protocols, pistol nomenclature, loading and unloading, grip, stance, trigger manipulation, and firearms storage and cleaning. By completion of the course students will have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of marksmanship and be able to safely and proficiently handle a pistol with confidence. No prerequisite required. Pistol and ammunition are provided. This class consists of 4 hours online training , 4 hours classroom and 8 hours of range.
Computer applications specific to business-related software. Emphasizes the concurrent development of office skills and computer knowledge. This skill development specifically includes MS Windows and Outlook. This course covers the required skill sets on the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) specialist-level exam for Outlook. This course is designed to help students identify and understand the benefits of weight training and how weight training affects the body. This course will teach you advanced techniques in this powerful database program, including importing Excel spreadsheets as tables, creating query calculations to crunch numbers, and using Visual Basic to automate common tasks. From building reports to using conditional formatting, this course will teach you how to best present your data with Access 2019. Software requirements: PC: Windows 10 or later operating systems. Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred. Microsoft Edge is also compatible. Microsoft Access 2019, or a subscription to Office 365. Suggested prerequisite: A basic understanding of Microsoft Access objects and their use or completion of Access Introduction.
Exploration of theories, techniques, and processes of public relations including means of influencing methods of building good will, analysis of media, obtaining publicity, and implementation of public relations programs.
Prepares students for the Network+ Certification examination. A beginning course in computer networks with focus in networking fundamentals, terminology, hardware, software, and network architecture. A study of local/wide area networking concepts and networking installations and operations.
