Explores the CRM application from a user's perspective including Core CRM Navigation, User Interface, E-mail Client, and the Sales Management module. Salesforce is the world’s #1 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. A CRM system gives sales, customer service, business development, recruiting, marketing, or any other line of business, a better way to manage the external interactions and relationships that drive success. This course is designed for: New administrators who are responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce org; and other groups that would benefit from this course, including sales reps, sales operations, service agents, and IT managers. Suggested prerequisite: General computer knowledge including navigating a web browser.
Principles and procedures of administration of medications as required of the medical assistant in the physician's office or outpatient clinic with focus on administration of drugs by standard routes including the correct dosage calculations, infection control procedures, and medico-legal responsibilities. (All immunizations, CPR, First Aid, must be up-to-date and background check obtained through Castlebranch prior to enrolling in this class).
Instruction in dance performance through experiential projects at the sophomore level. Students will rehearse and perform dance works choreographed by dance faculty and/or guest artists. This course provides an introduction to vocal technique for the beginning to advanced-beginning singer. Students will have the opportunity to sing both individually and as part of a group. This class is ideal for anyone who desires to gain a foundational knowledge of singing, including stage and film actors. Students are encouraged to focus on the musical styles that most interest them, with support from the instructor in identifying specific song choices. By the end of the course, participants will have become better acquainted with the unique qualities of their individual voices. No prior singing experience necessary.
This course prepares students for the American Society for Quality (ASQ) "Six Sigma Black Belt" certification exam. The course is a refresher study of the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge. Topics include enterprise-wide deployment, business process management, project management, Six Sigma improvement methodology and tools (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control phases), lean enterprise principles, and Design for Six Sigma. The student will focus on the theory and application of these topics by studying the course materials and taking and reviewing sample exams containing questions similar to those on the actual CSSBB exam. Note that this course does not include the ASQ certification exam. Tap into your creative side and discover how fun and easy it is to construct beautiful works of art with mosaics. Students will learn the basics of glass mosaics including cutting, layout/design, affixing the materials, grouting, and finishing in this introductory hands-on class. Each student will complete one project. No previous experience is required. All tools, materials, and necessary equipment will be provided.

uses. Through hands-on lessons, you will learn numerous shortcuts to quickly and efficiently set up worksheets. You will also learn how to use the function wizard to calculate statistics, future values, and more. In addition, you will get tips on sorting and analyzing data, creating three-dimensional workbooks, and automating frequently-repeated tasks with macros and buttons. Software requirements: PC: Windows 10 or later operating systems. Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred. Microsoft Edge is also compatible. Microsoft Excel, a subscription to Office 365, or Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019.
